Shipping Policy
Once your order is place you will receive an automatic email stating that your order has been confirmed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be processed. All US orders are shipped USPS Priority.
Note: Shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time we take to prepare your order. Processing time excludes Saturday and Sunday.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL sales are final. That also includes SALE ITEMS. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact info@modeestvie.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line.
Exchanges:
To qualify for an exchange, you must initiate contact within 5 days of your delivery date. To request an exchange, email “info@modeestvie.com“ with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email.
Product must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. MODE EST VIE reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized.
